FAQ's

Below is a list of some of the most frequently asked questions we receive from our clients. Feel free to reach out to us for any questions not covered here.

Are estimates for decorating services free?

Yes. We encourage you to text pictures of the outdoor space which you would like decorated so we can provide you with a timely accurate quote.

Do I need to provide any lights, extension cords or timers?

No. We provide lights, extension cords and timers as a rental.

Is take down included?

Yes. We take down lights the first 2 weeks of January.

Are maintenance services included?

Yes. We provide any needed maintenance that may arise throughout the holiday season. We have a 48 hour service lead time but will typically complete the service within 24 hours. 

What services are offered?

We provide lighting to rooflines, door arches, window outlines, bushes, trees and landscape lighting. We also hang wreathes and garland.

Will you help plan my outdoor decorating plan?

Yes. We are happy to help design your ideal home lighting scheme. 

What types of lighting options are available?

We provide incandescent C9 bulb lighting in assorted colors options. We also have assorted color options of incandescent mini lights. LED lighting is available upon client purchase. 

Will I need to turn my lights off and on?

No. We install photocell timers which control the timing of your lights. It is not unusual for there to be a delay of several minutes between timers depending on the placement of the timers. 

Can I choose how long the lights stay on?

Yes. We can set the desired amount of time for the lights to stay on.

Are the lights weatherproof?

Yes. We seal all connections to limit any outage time. However, rain can be a huge nuisance and may potentially cause outages. We recommend disconnecting timers from outlets prior to or during rainy weather.
